Too much laundry went in. Upon detecting it, the washer empties its water and detergent.
Steps
- Take several items out.
- Put in HE detergent.
- Shut the lid and press START/PAUSE.
If it is still unbalanced
- Stop with Start or unplug the cord, then drain if water remains.
- Level the load by moving or removing items; consider Bulky or Heavy Duty.
- When pausing works: Start, open the lid, shrink the load, Start again.
