Front load: what the extra rinse means
With too many suds the washer cannot spin out water. It lengthens the rinse on its own, stopping the tumbling to add water and let the bubbles collapse. Expect this to repeat more than once.

- Think back on your bleach. “No splash” or “easy pour” liquid chlorine bleach has a thickener that may foam. Run the washer with regular liquid bleach products instead.
- Look at the drain hose and standpipe (drainpipe). A kinked or clogged hose can also produce the code.
