Power reset
- Check that the pot or pan is centered on the cooking area, with nothing hot resting on the touch control panel.
- Lift the pot or pan off the cooktop.
- Give the control panel 5 minutes to clear.
- Leave the cooktop without power for one minute by turning its breaker(s) off.
- Re-energize the cooktop from the panel.
- Monitor for one minute to be sure the code stays cleared.
- Then run the cooktop and confirm it behaves.
