What to try
- At the breaker box, power the range down for 1 minute, then up again.
- Check the range for one minute to see if the code is gone, and confirm normal operation.
- Reset the wireless router.
- See whether another Wi-Fi device works. If your phone or tablet works, bring it to the range to test from there.
- If it does, unplug the router for 2 minutes, plug it back in, then cut power to the range for 2 minutes and restore it.
If your signal is low
- Relocate the router.
- Fit a signal extender that is compatible.
- Ask your Internet Service Provider for help.
